Cinegy.Accelerated.Importer can't play 4K Fire from Sony DSC-RX 100 VII

Hi,

as soon as I take the Cinegy.Accelerated.Importer out, Premiere can play the file. I had a similar problem with a Canon 5D4 FHD file.
The error message is " Error when reading frame xxx will be replaced" filling up the whole log file as each frame is listed,

Best,
Claus

Hello Claus,

thank you for your interest in our product. I have to inform you, that HEVC/h.264 hardware-accelerated decoding and encoding support was discontinued and removed from the current version of our package. If you are using a previous version, you can disable those components through the configuration utility that comes in the package. From now on we are going to focus on improving support of Cinegy Daniel2 components in the TurboCut. We advise you to use native HW acceleration, that is available in the current of Adobe Premiere. You can find more information on how to enable this feature on Adobe's web-site helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/gpu-ac...rdware-encoding.html
